Terms and Conditions

 

1. Financial Commitment

1.1  By signing this contract, the Player understands that they accept full responsibility to pay all fees and other associated costs assessed, as a result of their membership registration, including kit loan costs if applicable. Players are responsible for maintaining their game shirts throughout the season and returning them in good order at the end. Players will be liable for the full cost of a replacement if any damage to it occurs off field. Failure to return a shirt will place that player on the club debtors list, which will be submitted to BAFA. Also failure to maintain or complete the payments could lead to being deselected for games and eventually being added to the club debtors list.

1.2  The player is solely responsible for registering with BAFA, the governing body, prior to practice(s) commencing. The governing body shall establish compulsory insurance, however, it is recommended to every player that they have additional insurances bought at their own expense.
1.3  The player must inform the club of any changes which might influence the player’s obligations financial or otherwise to the club.

2. League Commitment
The player is obliged to comply with statutes, regulations, policies and decisions prepared and issued by BAFA and other governing bodies.

 

3. Contribution to marketing and sponsor activities

3.1  The club has the right to use pictures, video and the player’s comments in marketing activities, as long as these activities are discussed with the Player in advance.

3.2  The player shall be loyal to the Club's sponsors. If violations of these provisions result in a financial loss for the Club the Player could be liable to pay compensation to the Club.

 

4. Training/Game Day Commitment

4.1  The Club will provide training session by qualified coaching staff.

4.2  The player must notify the Head Coach, or Player Representatives within 72 hours of knowing they will be unable to attend any match or competition.

 

5. Security of contract

5.1  The club agrees to keep the content of this contract secure and confidential in line with obligations under current GDPR legislation.
